Duare Sarkar, launched on December 1, 2020 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal, is a government initiative for delivering services and welfare schemes to people’s doorsteps through outreach camps. These camps are set up at the gramme panchayat and municipal ward levels. These camps serve as specific service providers as well as nodes for the issuance and collection of applications for welfare schemes.

Why Duare Sarkar?
There are various types of work in government offices, which are required by the public. Usually going to government offices to get those things done, hours and days go by. Even common people do not get proper services. To eliminate this problem, this Duare Sarkar was initiated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
There, common people are able to perform various types of government office work very easily.
Now it’s the turn of season 5, mean Duare Sarkar 5. Which has already been published date wise according to different ward and gram panchayat.

What facilities are available in Duare Sarkar?
In addition to the Lakshmi Bhandar scheme, duare sarkar camps will provide free student credit cards, free social security schemes, land record mutation and rectification, opening a bank account, and registration under the new Krishak Bandhu scheme.
Services Offered at Duare Sarkar Camp
Khadya Sathi
Beneficiaries of the Khadya Sathi scheme can obtain subsidised rations. This scheme is available to people who fall below the poverty line and other economically disadvantaged groups. This scheme will benefit over 4 crore people in West Bengal. Citizens can get 5 kg of food grains for Rs 2 per kg per person under this scheme.
Swasthya Sathi
The West Bengal government provides health insurance coverage up to Rs 500000 through the Swasthya Sathi scheme. This scheme has provided coverage to all West Bengal residents. The beneficiary must have a smart card in order to benefit from this scheme. Beneficiaries can receive cashless treatment by using this Smart Card.
Caste Certificate
Beneficiaries can also obtain their caste certificates at Dwarka Sarkar camps. Beneficiaries must fill out an application form and bring all required documents to the camps in order to obtain a caste certificate.
Shikshashree
Sikshashree scholarship scheme provides financial assistance to scheduled caste category students who are studying in class from 5th to 8th. Through this scheme, two types of assistance are provided which are assistance in the form of book grants and assistance in the form of maintenance grants. With the help of this scheme, the participation at the pre Matric stages of the schedule category students can be improved and the incidence of dropout especially in the case of girls can be reduced
Jai Johar
The Jai Johar scheme has been launched for West Bengal’s scheduled tribe citizens. Beneficiaries receive financial incentives under this scheme. These financial incentives include a monthly pension of Rs 1000. In order to benefit from this scheme, the beneficiary must present a schedule tribe category certificate and be at least 60 years old.
Toposili Bandhu
Toposili Bandhu has been launched for West Bengal citizens of the scheduled caste category. Financial incentives are provided to scheme beneficiaries through this scheme. These financial incentives include a monthly pension of Rs 600. In order to receive the benefits of this scheme, the beneficiary must provide a schedule caste certificate and be at least 60 years old.
Kanyashree
The Kanyashree scheme has been launched for West Bengal’s female students. This scheme provides financial incentives to girls for their education. This scheme is open to all girls between the ages of 13 and 18 who are enrolled in a class from the eighth to the twelfth grades. Through this scheme, the government provides financial assistance of Rs 750 per year. A one-time grant of Rs 25000 is also provided under this scheme when the girl reaches the age of 18.
Rupashree
Rupashree’s aim is to provide financial support to economically challenged families during their daughter’s marriage. This is a one-time financial grant of Rs 25000. West Bengal residents are no longer required to borrow money at higher interest rates because the state government will provide financial assistance at the time of marriage.
Aikyashree
The Aikyashree scholarship scheme has been launched for West Bengal students from minority communities. This scheme provides financial assistance to all deserving students at the high school and college levels. Students in grades 1 through Ph.D. can benefit from this scheme.
Krishak Bandhu
The West Bengal government has launched the Krishak Bandhu scheme to provide financial assistance to farmers. The annual financial assistance will be Rs 4000. Aside from that, death benefits are provided under this scheme. If a farmer dies before reaching the age of 60, his or her family will receive a death benefit of Rs 2 lakh.
Manabik
The West Bengal government has launched the Manabik Scheme for physically challenged citizens. All eligible beneficiaries will receive a monthly pension of Rs 1,000 under this scheme. To be eligible for this scheme, the beneficiary’s disability percentage must be 50% or higher, and the beneficiary’s family income must be Rs 100000 or less.
